Gartner Ranks Check Point Number One for Worldwide Firewall Equipment Market Share, Based on Q3 2014 Revenue

(NASDAQ: CHKP), the largest pure-play security vendor globally, today announced that the company led worldwide market share for Firewall Equipment in Q3 2014, according to research published by Gartner[i]. Gartner’s Market Share: Enterprise Network Equipment research states:

Check Point leads worldwide market share with 21.9% of the Firewall Equipment market in Q3 2014.

Check Point’s number one market share position represents a 5.3 percentage point and 10.2 percentage point lead over the two nearest competitors ranked in the Firewall Equipment market in Q3 2014.
